2. What we collect
- Email address, when you join the waitlist
- Website usage data — pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, and session recordings, via our analytics tool
- Advertising data — browser/device identifiers and, where you've consented to advertising cookies, your email address (hashed), shared with Meta and Google for ad targeting and measurement
- Cookie consent choices, logged by our consent banner
- Survey responses, if you take part in any product/pricing research we run

- Meta and Google, for advertising, audience matching and measurement. Depending on the service and processing involved, they may act as processors, joint controllers, or independent controllers.
We don't sell your data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside the EEA. Where that's the case, we rely on applicable adequacy decisions — including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for participating U.S. providers and UK adequacy — or Standard Contractual Clauses where appropriate.
6. How long we keep it

Contact hello@meadori.com — we'll generally respond within one month. You can also complain to the Cyprus Data Protection Commissioner.
8. Cookies
Non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising) aren't set until you consent, via the banner on the site. Manage your choices anytime through "Manage Cookies" in the footer.
9. Children
Meadori isn't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and require our providers to meet GDPR-standard security obligations.

We'll update this policy as our practices change, and update the date above when we do.
